Return Policy
Online purchases can be returned within 3 calendar days with the original invoice and return authorization form completed.
Please note that a return authorization must be obtained prior sending items back to Treccani Milano. We cannot accept return of any item that has been used or appears to have been used or damaged. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure credit. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
Our products are made with the highest level of craftsmanship by one of Italy’s most skilled artisans. Any perceived imperfections or irregularities are not defects but are left as artistic flare and contribute to what makes this product “unique”.
Personalized, made to order and "last call" products cannot be returned.
Shipping fees, import/export taxes custom duties, special excise tax and handling fees are not reimbursed. A 10% restocking fee applies on refund.
In case of a return, any shipping costs (taxes, custom duties, special excise tax , handling fees) covered by Treccani Milano will be reimbursed by the client.
Damaged or defective items: if you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service immediately (within 24 hours from delivery). Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Treccani Milano will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our customer service immediately. Please mention your order number when you contact customer service.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund that will be credited when Treccani Milano has received and processed your return. Typically, within 7-10 business days after the item is delivered back to Treccani Milano. We will email you when the credit has been submitted to your credit card. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a “credit” to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
All last call items are final sale, no returns, no refunds or exchanges.
