What’s your design philosophy?
Our philosophy is one of passion for craftsmanship and quality. We have scouted the center of Italy, village by village, to find the finest craftsman from artisan families that have handed down skills and trade secrets for over three generations.
We are inspired every day to create pieces that are timeless, sophisticated and elegant.Our clients can create their own bespoke pieces for a unique individual fit and not one that’s the result of mass production.
All styles from our catalog are handmade in Italy and can be produced with any kind of customization. No request is off limits.
Where are the products made?
All Treccani Milano products are made in Italy by Italian artisans.
How can I create a personalized bespoke piece?
If you need assistance placing a bespoke order you can book a consultation with our style consultant who will be happy to assist you at our boutique or anywhere in Canada, the United States and Europe

How can I order a product?

How can I buy a gift or gift card?
Do you offer complimentary shipping?
Yes, for purchases in the U.S.A and Canada of over USD$1,000 (before taxes and duties)
When can I expect my order to arrive?
The creation of our products can take up to 8/10 weeks due to the artisanal labour needed
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes collected once the package reaches your destination country. All charges for customs clearance, handling fees and/or any other cost that may apply must be covered by you. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information we advise you to contact your local customs office.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
Online purchases can be returned within 3 calendar days with the original invoice and return authorization form completed. A return authorization must be obtained prior sending items back to Treccani Milano. We cannot accept return of any item that has been used or appears to have been used or damaged. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure credit. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
Please note that our products are made with the highest level of craftsmanship by one of Italy’s most skilled artisans. Any perceived imperfections or irregularities are not defects but are left as artistic flare and contribute to what makes this product “unique”.
Personalized, bespoke, custom made, made-to-measure and monogrammed products cannot be returned.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund that will be credited when Treccani Milano has received and processed your return. Typically, within 7-10 business days after the item is delivered back to Treccani Milano. We will email you when the credit has been submitted to your credit card. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a “credit” to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping fees, import/export taxes custom duties, special excise tax and handling fees are not reimbursed. A 10% restocking fee applies on refund.
Do you offer warranty or repair service?
Damaged or defective items: if you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service immediately (within 24 hours from delivery). Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number.
